Despite the coronavirus pandemic, France continues to welcome international students and researchers. Depending on your country of origin and the vaccination status, the procedures to enter the French territory may vary. 
France has planned everything so that international students could join their French institution safely.
Like any other students in France, international students will have the opportunity to be vaccinated if they want to and access PCR tests free of charge.
